1. Who is qualified for wholesale discount?
Wholesale customer must have valid reseller permit or Tax number.

2. What is wholesale discount rate?
25% off, no minimum;
35% off, $500+;
50% off, $1500+;

3. How to setup wholesale discount?
You need to fax or email the following two documents to us.
1. Valid reseller permit or tax ID.
2. Fill up and sign this form. If you are not in California, please write down your state on the form.

Note: Please make sure you have your email and phone number on the fax, so that we can contact you and send you the discount coupon.

4. How can I get wholesale discount online?
After receiving your wholesale document, we will email you the wholesale discount coupons. You can use the coupon during online checkout.

For California wholesale customers, the total of online order includes tax amount. Please choose Credit Card as payment type. We will remove the tax from total. Customers in other states won't have the tax amount in order. If you choose PayPal, the transaction will be finished right the way. We won't be able to do any modification.

5. How to find the item number from receipt I already have?
Many of you already purchased beads in bead show. Here is sample format of the receipt ticket:

156-111 012 01

111 012 01 is the item number. When you search online, there is no space between each digit. Please use 11101201 as keyword to search.

156 is the SKU number. It may be 3 digits or 4 digits. If you have print out receipt from computer, you don't need this number. If you have 3 or 4 digits in your handwrite receipt, then you need to contact us to find out the true item number.

6. Anything else is important about online order?
We don't have everything listed online. If you couldn't find the item or want to find matching bead, please leave a note during checkout. In this case, it's better to use Credit Card as payment method, instead of PayPal.
