1. Item Number Naming Policy
Item number has eight digits. The format is AAABBBCC.
For the bead sets:
- AAA is the first category.
- BBB is sequence number.
- CC is the shape:
- 01: Roundel
- 02: Lentil
- 03: Rectangle
- 04: Pillow
All focal beads are started at 118, it looks like 118BBBCC. They still follow the same naming policy.
CC is the shape:
- 01: Large Oval flat
- 02: Lentil (flat back)
- 03: Rectangle (Kalera)
- 04: Pillow (flat back)
- 05: Heart
- 06: Shell
- 07: Toggle
- 08: Drop (flat)
Large Hole Bead with Sterling Silver Core:
Naming policy: SC1 # # # # #
SC1 is Silver Core Roundel bead
# # # # # is the squence number. Started with 00001.
All beads are handmade individually. Even we have press/mold for some styles, the finished bead still could be a little bit different.
2. Sizes of Bead Sets
Roundel shape is 9mm from hole to hole, and 13mm in diameter.
Lentil shape is about 15mm from hole to hole.
Diamond shape is 12mm from hole to hole, and 15mm from tip to tip.
Pillow (flat square) is 15mm from hole to hole.
Mini Kaleras (rectangle) is 15mm(L) x 10mm(W) x 6mm(Thick).
3. Sizes of Focal Beads
Lentil(round): 1"x1". Design is one the curve side. Back is flat, which has basic simple background.
Pillow(square): 1"x1". Design is one the curve side. Back is flat, which has basic simple background.
Kaleras(rectangle): 1 1/2" long (38mm), 3/4"(19mm) wide and 1/4"(6mm) thick. Design on both sides.
Oval: 1 3/4" x 2", 1/4"(7mm) thick. Both sides are flat. This is the largest size. Design on both sides.
Heart: 3/4" x 3/4" (18.5x18.5mm). Design on both sides.
4. Size of Hole
The size of hole for roundel is about 3/32" (2.5mm). If you want to use beads for changeable jewelry or BeadPens, please put a note in order. We will make sure each single bead fits the pen.
Hole for flat bead sets, such as lentil(15mm) and pillow(15mm) and focals are all 2mm. If you want to use beads for changeable jewelry or BeadPens, please place customer order to make sure each single bead fits well.
5. Large Hole Beads with Sterling Silver Core
We have first six designs online now. They all have sterling silver core. 4mm large hole could fit tollbead and all other exchange jewelry. Bead size is about 9mmx13mm.
In Sep, we will release 5mm silver core bead, which will fit all European Bracelet Systems such as Troll, Lovelinks Petite and Pandora Jewelry.
