Only register customers are able to browse website and place orders. Creating a login profile with Grace Lampwork Beads allows you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders.
Grace Lampwork Beads won't give, rent or sell any customer information to 3rd party.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal online. We also take orders from phone call and email. Please don't send your credit card number via email. Please call us at 408-806-1788 about your order. We usually mail beads within two business days. Some of the beads maybe out of stock. In this case, we will contact you about it. It may take us 4 weeks to finish customer's order.
After you providing your shipping address, shipping cost will be automatically calculated by USPS online service. For US domestic shipping, you can choose from Priority Mail, Priority Mail flat rate and Express Mail. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days within states. Within one pound, the shipping cost is $5.60. For international shipping, Express, Priority and Airmail Parcel are available. All packages will be tracked by delivery confirmation numbers.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know within 10 days after you get the package. We will offer a refund or replacement of your purchase. For retuning package, there is no shipping charge for 1st class mail, which takes 3-5 days. You can choose to use Priority Mail by paying $5.60 shipping cost. Priority Mail takes about 2-3 days in states.
