Only registered customers are able to browse online store and place orders. Creating a login profile with Grace Lampwork Beads allows you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders.
Online store is available to both retail and wholesale customers. Customers will received an email update within 24 hours, and then the account will be ready for shopping. Wholesale customers need to fax or email reseller permit. Please check Wholesale page for detail.
Grace Lampwork Beads won't give, rent or sell any customer information to 3rd party.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal online. We also take orders from phone call and email. Please don't send your credit card number via email. We usually mail beads within one or two business days. Some of the beads maybe out of stock. In this case, we will contact you about it. It may take us 4 weeks to finish customer's order. No shipping charge for back order.
Shipping is flat rate $6.00 for Priority Mail in domestic. It takes 2-3 days. For urgent order, please leave a note. We will use Fedex overnight or 2-days service. If you want to use your own Fedex account number, please choose "store pickup" without paying any shipping, and leave a note about your account number.
For international shipping, Post Office Express (EMS), Priority, Airmail Parcel and Fedex are available. All packages will be tracked by delivery confirmation numbers. Tracking number will be sent via email.
Retail Sales:
Full refund or exchange within 10 days.
Wholesale:
Return authorization and a copy of your original invoice is required for all wholesale returns. Incorrect orders or defective products must be returned within 10 days. On other returns, full refund or exchanges are given within 30 days. Refund or exchanges are also given from 31-90 days, less a 15% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges accepted after 90 days. Customer pays all return shipping costs except for incorrect orders or defective products.
