Only registered customers are able to place orders. Before placing any order, please login to the online store. Creating a login profile with Grace Lampwork Beads allows you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders.
Online store is available to both retail and wholesale customers. Customers will received an email update within 24 hours, and then the account will be ready for shopping. Wholesale customers need to fax or email reseller permit. Please check Wholesale page for detail.
Grace Lampwork Beads won't give, rent or sell any customer information to 3rd party.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal online. Customer can use any credit card including Amerian Express and Discovery when using PayPal. We also take orders from phone call and email. For our of stock item, we will make it again, unless it is discontinued. Normally the time frame is 4-6 weeks, but sometimes it could be longer. Instead of just waiting, If you want any item, please drop us an email / call, or leave a note in your order, so we will give the item higher prioroty and finish it earlier.
Since we do trade shows and trunk shows, sometimes our online inventory quantity is not accurate. We work very hard to update the inventory.
Backorder item and Customer Order will take 4 weeks to finish. We charge 50% as deposit before making customer order. The minimume for customer order is $100 after discount. For more information about customer order, please call us.
We usually mail beads within one or two business days. Some of the beads maybe out of stock. In this case, we will contact you about it. It may take us 4 weeks to finish customer's order. No shipping charge for back order.
Shipping and handling is flat rate $8.00 in domestic. It takes 2-5 days.We use 1st mail Post Office Service. For urgent order, please leave a note. We can use Fedex overnight or 2-days service. If you want to use your own Fedex account number, please leave a note about your account number.
For international shipping, Post Office Express (EMS), Priority, Airmail Parcel and Fedex are available. All packages will be tracked by delivery confirmation numbers. Tracking number will be sent via email.

Retail Sales:
Full refund (excluded shipping and handling) or exchange within 10 days.
Wholesale:
Return authorization and a copy of your original invoice is required for all wholesale returns. Incorrect orders or defective products must be returned within 10 days. On other returns, full refund or exchanges are given within 30 days. Refund or exchanges are also given from 31-90 days, less a 15% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges accepted after 90 days. Customer pays all return shipping costs except for incorrect orders or defective products.
Due to the limitation of our online store system, California wholesale customers will be asked for the sales tax at check out. We will manually refund the sales tax directly to credit card or PayPal account.
