You can browse gracebeads.com without login except the Online Store.
For security reason, the link of Account and Shopping Cart are also
requested login authentication.
2. Is it safe to shop online?
Yes. After you login, 128bit SSL encryption is turned on a safe tunnel between
your PC to web server. Everything you enter on your PC will be encrypted, and sent
directly to web server.
3. What is lampwork?
The term of lampwork started thousand years ago. Artist used lamp to melt glass
rod, and wind the melt glass on a mandrel to make beads.
4. Are these beads made by machine?
No. No machine could do such complicated designs. Each bead is made individually by hand.
If you know any machine could do it, please let us know.
5. Do you ever sell not-such-prefect beads?
No. We only sell the best quality bead to customers. We have very high standard on quality control.
6. What kind of glass do you use?
The best quality glass from Italy, as same as Murano beads. Some special colors
from Germany.
7. If I'm not happy with the beads, can I return them?
Yes. You can return or exchange within 10 days when you get the package. Please see

Roundel is about 9x13mm.
Lentil is about 15mm in diameter.
Pillow is 13mmx13mm.

12. Do you want to allow this webpage to access your Clipboard - how to disable this?
In you’re using Internet Explorer 7, for security purpose, IE7 will pop-up a warning alert message as below:
You will then need to press or click “Don’t Allow” or “Allow” button to get pass the popup message. To disable the pop up warning message, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Tools -> Internet Options.
2. Go to Security tab.
3. Select “Internet” zone, then click on “Custom level…” button.
4. Scroll down to “Scripting” section (at the bottom few).
5. Under “Allow Programmatic clipboard access” option, check or select (tick) Enable(OR Disable). Default action for this option is Prompt, which cause the pop-up message whenever there is any attempt to access the Clipboard.
6. Click Ok twice to exit from Internet Options.
Changing the preference to Enable for “Allow Programmatic clipboard access” option can increase security risk. You can set it to Disable to disallow all website’s access to Clipboard’s resident data. However, the better and more secure alternative is to edit the “Allow Programmatic clipboard access” setting for “Trusted sites” zone (steps same as above, only that you select “Trusted sites” in step 3 instead of “Internet”), and add the websites that you trusted and selected into Trusted sites zone.
